Online Membership Renewal

A fast, convenient way to renew your annual Guild membership.

The Guild membership year is from 1st July to 30th June

To remain financial, a member should renew by 31 July. For your convenience, online banking is available for our Members to renew their membership. Use this online form to quickly renew your membership.

Important Notes

  1. Members who have not paid by 31 July will not be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
  2. By applying to renew your membership via this form, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by the terms of the Rules of Incorporation of The Australian Quilters Association Inc. (A0012727M)
  3. The Guild will use the information provided in this form to maintain the membership list.

Use these fees to calculate your renewal amount

The current fees for members are:

  • Melbourne Metro Member $45.00
  • Country/Interstate Member $40.00
  • Junior Member $22.00

Members’ Name Badge (optional)

Name badges are available to purchase.

  • Magnetic $15
  • Pin $15 
Instructions:
  1. Make the renewal payment via your online banking
  2. Enter the information requested into the form
  3. Check the acceptance box
  4. Click the “Submit Application” button

We will save this form and email a copy to you and the Membership Coordinator.

To make your membership renewal payment via Bank Direct Transfer and if you’re unsure of the ‘how-to’, please refer to the information below:

  1. Log in to your account with your banking provider – bank, credit union, etc.
  2. Select the account you wish to use for payment.
  3. Enter the Payee Name – AQA Guild.
  4. Enter the Bank BSB number:  063 138
  5. Enter the AQA Account #: 00901817
  6. Enter the payment amount – $
  7. ** For Payment Reference (18 characters max.) enter: surname, initial  e.g. Jones, A
  8. Submit your payment, and please save a copy of your Bank Transfer receipt as your reference.

** NOTES:

  1. The Treasurer needs to identify your name from the payment reference information.
  2. If this is your first time making a payment to AQA through this method, your bank may send you an SMS to confirm the Bank Transfer.
Member Renewal Form:
Once payment is made, use this form to notify the Guild Committee. The information helps to maintain an accurate membership list. The form has two sections: fill out the details first, then move to the final section.
